Hands & Bio-Security
Hands are the human tools with which we perform most of our tasks. If you think about the many different objects we pick up or touch with our hands during the day such as door handles, pens and the activities we perform like hand shaking, eating and preparing food and of course, picking up your Safe4 disinfectant bottle or trigger spray to disinfect with, there’s a contact transfer of potentially infectious matter from the objects you’re touching and or have been touched by other people. This transfer of matter increases the chance of cross contamination of bacteria. Due to this problem hand sanitising has always been a concern in biosecurity protocols that Safe4 has been concerned with and addressed. Our hand sanitiser is alcohol free and an easy to use foam. No soap, water or towel are required to achieve an effective bactericidal handwash. All you need is the product on your hands and then you rub the product across the entire surface area of your hands.Frequent use throughout the day will help prevent the cross infection of harmful bacteria.
Effectiveness Against Bacteria
Our hand sanitiser has passed tests against MRSA, Clostridium DIficile, Pseudomonas Aureginosa, E-Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Enterococcus Hirae with a contact kill. A handwash that covers the surface area of your hands will eliminate all of the above bacteria from your hands. Keeping you safe to go about your day with your different tasks. Constantly sanitising your hands throughout the day is a necessary biosecurity protocol that will keep yourself and or your staff safe from diseases. Many of our friends are involved with tasks that need these protocols such as removing animal waste, disinfecting animal housing and food preparation. It is very likely that in your daily tasks you will need this product too to keep your risk of infection low.
Importance of Non-Alcohol Formula
Our Non-Alcohol formula allows for frequent hand washing as alcohol gels or sanitisers have a damaging effect on your skin. When you see alcohol as an ingredient on a product for your skin there’s no doubt that product will aggravate and be harmful to your skin. It’s simply bad for all skin types. The effects includedryness, erosion of the surface of skin (that’s really bad for skin), and a strain on how skin replenishes, renews, and rejuvenates itself. Alcohol just weakens everything about skin.
